I work with clients who are tired of surviving, over-functioning, overthinking, and carrying the weight of everyone else’s expectations. My style is warm, direct, culturally responsive, and practical. I help clients understand the “why” behind their patterns while also developing tools to regulate emotions, communicate clearly, set boundaries, and make intentional decisions. I often support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma responses, relationship conflict, identity concerns, substance use recovery, workplace stress, life transitions, and the pressure to always be strong.
Therapy with me is collaborative, honest, and grounded in both compassion and accountability. I believe clients deserve space to tell the truth about what they have survived without being defined by it. Together, we explore how family, culture, identity, relationships, work, and past experiences have shaped current beliefs and behaviors. My goal is to help clients move from survival mode into a life that feels more authentic, regulated, values-aligned, and sustainable.
I am especially passionate about supporting Black and Brown women who have been expected to keep going, stay composed, and be everything for everyone while quietly carrying pain, exhaustion, grief, or self-doubt. In our work, there is room for your strength and your softness, your accountability and your boundaries, your healing and your becoming.
